Wandered into the canyon up to the "cave" in the hoodoo on the 18th.

The snow of earlier this week was almost gone, though once out of the canyon and past towards the hoodoos, it made for slippery walking. The warm temps have made the ice in the canyon very plastic and soft, so yak traxs are only really useful in the morning or when attacking steep slippery things out of the canyon proper. The His and Hers ice climbs have both collapsed, and I'm not sure anyone would want to climb the Grotto Falls climb; the ice looked awful.
