Was out doing volunteer work today on parts of the High Rockies Trail, including near Driftwood, West Wind Pass, Sparrowhawk & Buller.

Minimum 10 cm, and up to 25 cm, of snow has fallen in this latest storm event. Solid trail base and ultra light dusty powder means snowshoes aren't really necessary on any pre-existing trail. Beautiful bluebird day to be out in the space.

Canmore hill is NOT plowed, but 742 from the dam at the Gap all the way to Buller (and likely beyond) freshly plowed. Some slippery bits but generally excellent winter driving conditions.
