Escape the crowds bound for Lillian Lake by taking a quiet forest walk to a lake in Galatea Creek’s southwest fork However, this trap-line trail cut by Alvin Guinn is not a trail to be enjoyed by novices, there having been no deadfall removal for the last 50 years and more.
Start: Hwy. 40 (Kananaskis Trail). Via #30 Galatea Creek to Lillian Lake at the forks.
Difficulty: An easy walk, but expect a lot of deadfall.
Please refer to the trail description in the guidebook, especially for unofficial, off-trail hikes.
