RIBBON FALLS
Distance 19.0 km return, height gain 390 m, moderate
A long and easy trail follows a valley hemmed in by cliffs to an impressive waterfall. By biking to the end of the logging road portion you can reduce the walk to about 10 km return. Going beyond the waterfall is for scramblers only.
Start: Ribbon Creek parking
Difficulty: Good well-marked trail with easy grades. Later the trail narrows and is more undulating. All river crossings are bridged.
Note: The re-built trail up Ribbon Creek has 4 new fibreglass bridges spanning the creek — one with steps on one side.
