CAT CREEK INTERPRETIVE TRAIL
Distance 4.0 km return, height gain 91 m, easy
A rather hilly and interesting trail with interpretive signs leads to Lower Cat Creek Falls in a canyon. Contrary to everyone's hopes, it does not connect with the Cat Creek trails although you can do so by wading Cat Creek.
Start: Hwy. 40 (Kananaskis Trail) at Cat Creek day-use area.
Difficulty: Easy hiking.
Note: See the sketch map for Cat Creek Trails on page 90.
  • The waterfall at the end of the trail.

Please refer to the trail description in the guidebook, especially for unofficial, off-trail hikes.
