RASPBERRY RIDGE LOOKOUT
Distance 9.2 km return, height gain 649 m, moderately strenuous
A popular hike to a great viewpoint. Unfortunately, most of the fire road to Raspberry Ridge Lookout was rehabilitated, including the crucial zigs up the east face. The new line is steeper and requires more effort .
Start: Hwy. 940 (Forestry Trunk Road ). 6 km south of Etherington Creek Campground and 1.5 km north of Cataract Creek bridge, turn west onto the Lost Creek logging road and park before the gate.
Difficulty: A steep pull up on a good trail.
