LOWER ETHRINGTON CREEK
Distance 6.5 km one way, height gain 152 m, easy
The old Forestry Trunk Road along the east bank of Etherington Creek is an easy, enjoyable forest trail within sound of rapids in the canyon below. Ideally, walk south to north in the downhill direction and have a vehicle at both ends.
Start: Hwy. 940, Just north of Etherington Creek bridge, park in the kayaker's parking area on the east side of the highway.
Difficulty: Easy hiking on old road.
