JOHNSON CREEK HILLS
Distance 9.6 km return or loop, height gain 603 m, moderately strenuous
The four hills east of Johnson/Timber Col give easy pleasant walking as far as top no. 2 where inexperienced walkers should turn back. Anyone doing the loop over tops 3 and 4 back to Johnson Creek may encounter problems in route finding. Scrambling is optional.
Start: Johnson Creek designated random camping area, 4.5 km west of Willow Creek bridge at the north fork.
Difficulty: Good trails, but you have to ford Johnson Creek.
