An easy interpretive walk which climbs to a viewpoint in a meadow with exhibits, then finishes with a forest walk above a boisterous section of the Sheep River.
Start: The end of Sheep River Trail (Hwy. 546) at Junction Creek dayuse area. Park in one of three lots on the return loop road.
Difficulty: Easy, though difficult to follow in places as signs are missing or hard to see. See sketch map
Note: This short trail is really only worth doing if you are staying in the campground or otherwise in the area.
