TORPOR LOOP
Distance 6.3 km loop, height gain 130 m, easy
Torpor is one of the newest snowshoe trails in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park. The easy loop starts along the open powerline right-of-way, crosses the Kananaskis Lakes Road near Upper Lake Drive and follows the paved bike path back up to Boulton. The west leg is the winter route for snowshoers and bikers on the High Rockies Trail. See blog for a description

Note: You can combine Torpor Loop and Frozen Toad for a 14.3 km workout.
