Start: Hwy. 40 (Kananaskis Trail) at Barrier Dam day-use area on Barrier Lake Road.
Difficulty: An easy walk along good trails.
Note: This trail also connects the Kananaskis Valley to the Bow Valley via the trail in Quaite Creek Valley.
