Distance 6.1 km loop, height gain 189 m, fairly easy
Originally built as a snowshoe only trail, it it now used as access to other trails such as Whitetail and Demi-Tel. Hiking the eastern leg in summer is not recommended due to boggy areas east of Telephone.
West Bragg Creek Recreation Area parking. There are three possible starts to the trail: Meeting points D & E, the starts to Braggin Rights and Telephone Loop respectively, and Meeting Point F the start to the Watershed Heritage Interpretive Trail. West Bragg Map North
Difficulty: Easy snowshoeing or winter walking on good trail. On one steep hill on eastern leg, consider making a large zig-zag for an easier descent.
Note: A short trail called Fisher Link (snowshoe only) connects the eastern leg of the trail to Telephone so people can make a shorter loop.
Please refer to the trail description in the guidebook, especially for unofficial, off-trail hikes.
