By contrast here are recent pics of trail signs (and one or two of seats) in the public lands area of the Jumpingpound, the Elbow and the Sheep. All are on designated trails. While efforts are being made to improve the situation, there are too many trails that are inadequately marked.

While I think it important that the Canmore Nordic Centre is kept up to international standards, I don’t think the money should come from the pockets of people paying for a conservation pass to visit K Country. Oh, but I was forgetting that the Bow Valley outside of K Country is also included. On purpose of course. How else was the CNC going to get its million dollars? This government is so very transparent but not in the way you mean Alf.
Work is scheduled to begin next Spring on the biathlon stadium and in the X-C stadium where muddy patches will be covered with astro turf.
